David Chapman was born and raised in Bermuda. He was educated at Hampton University in the Marine and Environment Sciences, University of West Indies in Marine Ecology and Royal Holloway in Environmental Analysis and Assessment. He also holds a teaching certificate from Wheelock College, Boston, Massachusetts.
With a passion for nature, and a gift for educating young people, David has combined these talents in his current career as a high school teacher where he teaches Environmental Science.
David has received numerous awards for his community efforts in environmental education. In his free time he enjoys gardening, snorkeling, exploring local and international environments and of course spending time with his children.
