Dara Reidyr

Biography

I began writing as a twenty something in college, while receiving my undergrad degree in English. Upon leaving college, I left my writing days behind until almost 15 years later, when I picked up the pen and began to pour forth poems and short stories on various topics, including: nature, love, passion, the future, mystery and darkness, as well as human suffering and the need to find meaning and purpose in life. My first poem to be published was "Tick Tock the Maddening Clock". Most recently, my poem "Words Take Form: The Poet's Creation", has been published by Red Fez online magazine, as well as "Daybreak" by The Lightkeeper.
