David Farmer lives in Norwich in the east of the UK, where he works with children in schools as a storyteller and helps to develop creative learning approaches through Creative Partnerships.
He manages a drama resource website, trains teachers in drama techniques, writes articles, directs plays - and teaches yoga.
David trained as a primary school teacher in English and Drama with a B.Ed (Hons), and has since worked as an actor, theatre director, writer and arts consultant specialising in drama. He has over 30 years experience of working in the arts with a range of groups, especially children and young people. Since 1981, when he founded Tiebreak Theatre Company, his stage productions have been performed in the USA, Canada, continental Europe and throughout the United Kingdom - over 65 plays for half a million young people across the world.
