About the author:
I grew up in foster care meeting my wonderful parents at age 16. I was unable to properly cope with past abuses from foster care which led me to a life of drugs, dancing and shame. Unfortunately, my family and I have been through more than our fair share of pain and suffering. I know more about pedophilia, human trafficking, sexual abuse and the evil things that people like and can do to each other than I care to admit.
My prayer is that these books will bring hope to those who feel they are lost forever and encouragement to those who want to fight back. Jesus found me and never let go. I know this to be true because I know who and where I was when I began to heal.
Now I live in beautiful sunny San Jose, California with my youngest daughter and friends who has been a strong supporter of me and my work from the very beginning.
I worship at the Journey Church with my brother and sisters in Christ where I receive God's teaching, love and support. I hope to "shine the light of Jesus in the darkest night." ~Casting Crowns
