His first work of fiction, Unintended Consequences, was followed by the second Peter Savage novel titled "The Devil of Darfur" (go to www.PeterSavageNovels.com for sample chapters and reviews). Edlund incorporates cutting-edge science and weaponry into his novels, often extrapolating beyond current state-of-the-art technology to near-term plausible inventions. His stories have been praised for strong but realistic characters and fast-paced, gut-wrenching action that keeps readers turning the pages.
An avid outdoorsman, shooter, and hunter, he is a long-time resident of Bend, Oregon, where he lives with his family and three dogs.
