Mr. Davito is an accomplished author and resides with his family near the Inter-coastal Waterway in eastern North Carolina. One of his passions is his old wooden sailboat, SV Jewel, and taking overnight sails with his faithful Lab, Seadog.

It is during those jaunts he can contemplate the mysteries of life under a starlit sky and allow the seeds of his stories to take root. His sustenance generally consists of a good cigar and a bottle of grappa. Research and personal experience are the foundation of his stories.

“Webs of Deceptions” is his first foray into erotic fiction and he has a prequel and sequel under development. They are based on the tenth commandment theme of coveting other men’s wives. Depending on the reception of this novella, he will publish them under the pen name of D. L. Davito.

  You go into a new bookstore and pick a book at random, you like the cover or the first couple of lines. So you buy it and find out you have discovered an absolute hidden gem! The two stories that Mr Exley has included in this free sample are simply fabulous. Character development, imagery, pacing and execution are wonderful! Even my wife, a very harsh critic, enjoyed this one also. I'll try not to be a spoiler and just say that the common theme of unrequited love is presented in two very different ways, but the sense of emotion and feeling comes through brilliantly. I will be looking for more from this fine author.

  The vast majority of adult books are poorly written and juvenile in lack of plot or character development. I am pleased to say that this book does not fall into that category. After just a few paragraphs I felt as if I knew the protagonist, Erin. And the humorous (unusual in erotic books) way she inadvertently fell in with a bunch of horny young men is both believable and exciting. Having her dress as a clown for a five-year old's party, then finding herself stuck in a houseful of men who thought that they were getting a stripper was clever and perfectly constructed. I also like the way Mr Exley takes his time in getting to the anticipated sex. It is almost like extended foreplay and when the climax comes, it is even more exciting. But the visual painted with words of this sensual housewife stripping from her clown costume was brilliant! And the way this reluctant wife agreed to strip based on the outcome of a baseball play was positively inspired. As a Red Sox fan, I thoroughly enjoyed this scene. The anticipation of Erin getting naked in a roomful of young men, then having sex with them was thrilling for me. The flow of words and pacing is excellent! I will be on the lookout for more of his writings. A happy and satisfied fan.

  Delicious! There is something about the body of a young mother that is very appealing and Ms Chi captures it beautifully in the story. The story unfolds gently and builds to a nice climax, like extended foreplay. I love to explore the sensuality of a woman's body after childbirth in my books, Ms Chi describes it quite well.
