I have How to Feel Better When Things Get Worse on my ipod, in my car, and playing on my computer often. It is really a beautiful compilation of resources presented so simply I cannot thank Heather enough. The exciting thing to me is that I passed it on to my beautiful daughter who is 7 months pregnant so she and her baby boy can listen to it together for the next few months and enjoy the peace and hope of new life together.
