  • The Emperor's Edge (a high fantasy mystery in an era of steam) on Dec. 30, 2011

This is a great read ,I have thoroughly enjoyed it ,the characters are quirky ,the story line is very different from what I normally read a few times it had me laughing out loud . I recommend it even if steam punk isn't your thing (I've never read one before) give it a go , I'm off to read book 2..
  • The Blood Queen on Jan. 08, 2012

I really enjoyed this book it left me wanting more ,the characters are full of life (lol) and interesting, I found myself laughing out loud and at times very sad , not many books can do that ,this is a great read ...
  • Awakenings: Book One on Feb. 29, 2012

In a future not to far from now it,s easy to imagine the world as it is in awakenings. The beginning had me slightly confused ,but the writing and story was so good I kept reading .The characters come alive chapter by chapter magic, paranormal, frustrating men, this book has it all and it,s a decent size read . I can't wait for book 2

Tommorows child captured my imagination, set in a future not to hard to imagine at all , old world magick , a prophecy to believe in or not ! people I can relate to, this world comes alive and draws you in . This book is well written and was an easy read. hopefully we won't have to wait to long for the next one .

  • Christmas in the House of O'Byrne (Druantia's Children - Book One) on July 19, 2012

Christmas in the house of O'Byrne It starts off with an in depth description of the magical O'Byrne house. Where over 70 of the family are gathering for Christmas There are many characters in this story all related and invited for the 12 days of Christmas, I did find it confusing trying to sort out who is who and who is a daughter grand daughter and so on as they are all very long lived and all at the house for Christmas. I enjoyed the characters and the ideas in this book a lot, but for me there were too many stories all jumbled together I could see a good 3 books in this one. There is a half a dozen main stories lines going on in this book, each tale is intriguing and has its own hook. but I felt like some of the plots could have been expanded and explained a bit more There is a lot of spice to this book,so I will go back and read some of the other books the author has written to see if she has continued or expanded their stories I loved Tickle the magical floor
