    As an African-American woman, I was a bit hesitant to read this book after reading John Doe's review, however, I very glad I took a chance because I was pleasantly surprised and thought it was pretty good! This book is Day One in the "his for the week," so it does end on a cliffhanger. Kimani's and Ben's story will continue is subsequent books.
