Erin Klingler

Biography

Erin Klingler is a stay-at-home mom who rarely finds herself actually staying home. When she's not shuttling her kids to their activities or fulfilling her church responsibilities, she loves to indulge herself in her two favorite pastimes: reading and writing. She rarely goes anywhere without a book in her purse and a notebook to jot down story ideas that pop into her head at the oddest times (like at red lights or while buckling kids into car seats).
Additionally, Erin loves to decorate her home, sew, design websites, ride horses, and run errands in her classic 1979 Volkswagen Beetle yellow convertible, affectionately named "Tweety." She also loves to play sports and prides herself on being able to play a mean game of tennis. She currently serves as the Relief Society secretary in her ward.

Born and raised in Milpitas, California, Erin moved to Idaho to attend Ricks College (now BYU-Idaho), where she majored in Preschool Education. There, she met her husband, Dave, a Rexburg native. They married soon thereafter and moved to nearby Idaho Falls to raise their family.

Erin and her husband still live in Idaho Falls, Idaho, with their five children. They share their busy lives with two German Shepherds, a blue and gold macaw, and a Norwegian Fjord/POA pony named "Moose."

Erin loves to hear from her readers. You can send her email at erin@erinklingler.com, or visit her website at www.erinklingler.com.
