I am the founder and president of the LetterChamp LLC which is a consumer advocacy company. Our mission is to get our clients the quality products and excellent customer service that they paid for and deserve. We hold corporate executives accountable for the actions of their staff and the products they produce.

I am one of the 99% of this nation that refuses to be discounted or ignored by the economic powers that have run this country! With my BA in economics from UC Berkeley, MBA from The University of Michigan and my work experience in accounting & finance, purchasing, sales, contracts, and operations, I have gained a sixth sense on how to save money and fight the fat cats that want to hoard all the cash and the profits.

I started LetterChamp in 2006 since I got disgusted with companies that were producing crappy products and providing poor customer service. I want our voices heard by manufacturers and service providers that we have a right to quality products and fair play! I am a true consumer advocate that wants to change the way business is done and provide bonus compensation to those that really count, the consumer! Let’s cut that evil boss bonus check!!
