Published online since March 2008, Big Pulp began appearing in print and e-book versions in December 2010.

Bill Olver (editor) is a long-time writer and editor from Baltimore, MD. He has written for OutNow! (San Jose, CA) and the San Jose Metro (CA), and was a co-founder and editor of the small press literary magazines Wilde Oaks and Salome. Currently, he writes about government policy and contracting trends for federal government clients, and is a co-moderator of the Baltimore Area Writers Group. Bill founded Big Pulp in 2008.
