Published online since March 2008, Big Pulp began appearing in print and e-book versions in December 2010.

Bill Olver (editor) is a long-time writer and editor from Baltimore, MD. He has written for OutNow! (San Jose, CA) and the San Jose Metro (CA), and was a co-founder and editor of the small press literary magazines Wilde Oaks and Salome. Currently, he writes about government policy and contracting trends for federal government clients. Bill founded Big Pulp in 2008.
