Smashwords Interview

What's the story behind your latest book?
During the MBA i heared about mentoring and the possibility that, following the advices of a mentor, it is possible to understand the path that match each one personality and, speaking with some mentors, try to understand better how it could help and i persuaded myself that it could be a useful tools for reorienting the career path and understand your own path and specialties.
In the last years i discussed with many people that lost their job because of the financial crisis and have big difficulties to find another one or that, with an high level profile and big professional experience, don't find job positions that match their profile and make them satisfied.
I decided to write this book to clarify mentoring potential and all aspect could be interesting for people who already know and who doesn't know. I hope it could be useful to understand more about it
