It is only natural that I am a Registered Nurse as my mantra is how can I serve? I have worked in the Cardio-Thoracic ICU, Burn Trauma Emergency, the Surgical ICU and general medical surgical floors. I have personally experienced the challenges of living with and parenting an individual with a brain disorder. This directed me to education and advocacy where I remain active. I notice that as I continue to learn and grow I am moving more and more towards complimentary care and the effects of good nutrition on the body and brain.
