I was born in Ancon, Panama, and was raised in and around the Austin, Texas area. Following my graduation from high school, I enlisted in the military, and served for two years with the Army Reserve Signal Corps, then over three years in the Air Force Medical Service, which included an overseas deployment during Operation Desert Storm.
After my military service, I attended college at Panola College, graduating in 1994 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in pre-medical studies. I then continued my education at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work degree with a minor in Sociology in 1997. Since 1997, I have worked in social services with hospitals, hospice programs, long-term care facilities, and protective services. In my spare time, I am devoted to my creative pursuits, which include art, graphic design, and writing. In 2008, I founded Four Moons Books, and you can view my works at https://www.smashwords.com/profile/view/fourmoons. I currently reside in Michigan with my loving wife, April.

Wonderful and well-written narrative about the abyss known as elementary school as only a young author can tell it. Keep up the great work!
