Biography
Born to Canadian parents in Japan, Fraser Bridges has traveled far and wide since the age of four. After a career in broadcasting and public relations, he moved into travel writing and his books are published in two series: "Road Guides" and "Natural Places" (nature travel guides)." All eight books are now being updated and readied as e-books for digital platforms, with planned annual updates.
Fraser is the editor of Onroute.com—the travel and recreation web site he established in 1996, as an outgrowth of his two series of books. He lives in the Sierra Foothills of California.
