Biography

Gayle Nastasi is a writer, wildlife rehabilitator and professional animal communicator who lives with her family in the beautiful mountains of upstate New York. The the non-human members of her family include a Saluki hound, several cats, and a pair of talking Starlings. Her love for animals, and her work in animal rescue, has a strong influence on the subjects about which she chooses to write. She is also the owner/moderator of the internet e-mail list, JrShow-L. It was her enthusiasm for Junior Showmanship, and her desire to encourage the bond between young people and animals, which inspired the Junior Handlers Mystery Series.
