  The style guide is clear and comprehensive. However it fails badly in one important area. Microsoft Word - and OpenOffice Writer - really start to sing and perform if you take the trouble to set up a style sheet / template, defining all the font and paragraph formats you intend using. Having just been through the PT of having to 'fix' documents written with templates - for conventional print publication - I would suggest that, with the book, is provided a basic book template so that, when starting to write an ebook, the correct formatting is already in place. This will not fix problems with the copyright page, but the basic formatting will be ready to go.
