LOVED it! I was hooked from the first page! I felt a connection with the characters. They jumped off the page at me. I can't wait to read the rest of Bonnie Bernard's books. She has a way of pulling you into the story. She can paint a picture with words.

wow, I thought the first book was great. Now the second one.... and I couldn't read it fast enough!! I was happy to see some familiar characters from the first book.. and they had more presence in this book! I loved seeing the characters grow and evolve in this one. I loved the cool hidden stuff, the hints at bigger things, and how people grow. Awesome reading. You get pulled in fast and taken on a whirlwind through the underworld... like a fantastic ride you pay tons for at a park. :)

WOW WOW WOW!!! I thought the first two were great! THis one blows them all clean out of the water!! You all need these books! This one made me run out and grab some crystals and dang I want some of these characters to be my real life friends. It's rare when I read a book and find myself thinking about it later... and that's exactly what happens with this one. It's a better ride than the first two books!! Bonnie please say you are writing other books. Please!!! I love your style, and the way you can paint a picture that sucks a reader into a different world. I swear there were times when I wasn't breathing, and I just kept reading well past my bedtime just because I was so enthralled with the world you created around me. Thank you for some fantastic books!!
