This story is basically a tragic love story, encompassing illness, the suffering there from, death, deep adoration of a couple for each other, and self-sacrifice to ensure a loved one survives from the failure of defeating loss from a disease. It is highly emotional, contains no violence or sex, has no harsh language, or intended cruelty.

A disillusioned lawyer and an aspiring journalist are thrown together in the wild, mountainous and unpopulated region of western Maryland in a duel with a terrorism dealing militia organization. The militia wants them dead and they have many, while the two have only themselves. Can they hope to escape the militia and expose them before they kill even more? Can they safely get away from so many?
