I love how A.M. Gray puts into words how every writer feels when they just can't find the right words. While this was literal death rather than metaphorical, I was completely surprised by how easily the writer just gave up. Hard to find meaning when you don't believe in yourself. Great read!

While Americans have an entirely different view on cousin relationships, one can't overlook just how messed up the interactions are between these two characters. He's obviously the instigator, and has been since they were young. One could suggest a Stockholm-like relationship. But either way, she went home with the right man, the one who obviously cares enough to stay, even when she tells him all her dirty secrets!
