I gained my writing and reading skills from my high school English teacher. He later drowned on a Colorado River rafting trip. I've worked at many jobs; river runner, powder monkey, golf course manager and fry cook just to name a few. I met my wife in the early 80's and together we finished our degrees at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. I'm in the middle of my twenty-sixth year of teaching middle school. I've published two articles with "True West" magazine. This is my first attempt at the book publishing business. Oh yes, I have several unfinished screen plays. I'll finish those up in the next few days.
