When did you first start writing?
When I was 16 I wrote a few things for a class I was taking in school. It was fairly easy and I didn't think much about it at the time. I thought everybody could write easily. Now I'm a little more familiar with the realities of writing -and the fact that any writer can get stumped from time to time. I wrote songs and poetry in my twenties and thirties, then decided I should try writing a novel. And, it's been working out and I'm having fun at it.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
The simplicity of it, for one thing. And the fact that you need no approval from anyone else to get a book out there. Also, it doesn't cost but a few dollars. Promoting the book does take most of the time and money.
