This book desperately needed an editor. The grammar, the punctuation, the sentence structure, all were below the level I expect from a blog that I can read online for free, let alone a book that I would normally have to pay for. The author says lightheartedly, "I write in a “blonde blabbing,” conversational style," but personally, I didn't find it conversational; I found it unreadable. I honestly can't say whether this book provided any useful information, because I just couldn't bring myself to read beyond the first couple of pages. I'm giving it two stars based on the likelihood that there was actually some good information in there that I never forced my way through to.
