This is a comprehensive guide to most things that should be considered when planning for Burning Man, but it is by no means complete or particularly detailed. There is nothing you can't already find on the ePlaya forums or other online resources. However, the fact that it is all assembled in one place and given an overarching narrative is nice for beginners.
