Ingrid was born in a time that popular wisdom began to fade. She was amazed by the misconceptions that people have about all behavioral matters and tired of being so confused, she decided to make a research in order to figure out if Psychology could help in anything. So, after finding a considerable number useful truths, she got to the conclusion that ordinary citizens have not benefited sufficiently from all these findings, simply because most of us are not even aware of their existence. So, her purpose is, without digging into any particular subject, to provide a general idea of some points that Modern Psychology is about and which I found interesting and important to know.
