I am a psychologist / psychotherapist with 15 years experience in the counselling and therapy field. After completing studies to become a registered psychologist I gained formal training in medical hypnosis, Buddhist Psychology, meditation, nutrition and natural therapies. With a broad range of experience and study, Iam able to blend the traditional with a more spiritual approach to my psychology practice.
I have worked in various fields of psychology including; assisting long-term unemployed regain direction and work; occupational rehabilitation with workers compensation, income protection and other insurers involving medico-legal assessments, case management and treatment; working in schools to build resilience and confidence in students; and in private practice treating various psychological concerns including anxiety/depression/pain management/grief/confidence building and goal setting for a more rewarding and heartfelt life. I also run meditation workshops.
