Thoroughly enjoyable read! Well written, good pacing, I can see it as a new SyFy series. Thanks for an entertaining read.
- Predator or Prey

Liked the concept, but delivery was IMHO poor. Very hard to stick to the story, kept getting sidetracked by the lack of continuity and just the "disbelief" factor.

I totally understand that this is translated into English, but I could not follow the story because the translation was very rough.
- Slab City Blues

Enjoyable read, and right up my alley! Detectives, outer space, love it. Was very easy to fall into the story, loved the description (ex: exhalations from all the inhabitants create 'rain' in the Slab. Genius!) Looking for more from this author.
- Soul Identity
on July 19, 2011
Nice read, original concept, nicely executed. Yes, I would read more of the "Soul" books.
- Bubba and the Dead Woman
on July 19, 2011
Totally loved this book! Such an easy, graceful writing style, hard not to love Bubba. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. The story line was great, the details enhanced it, the characters were believable, and I smiled a lot while reading it when I wasn't laughing out loud. More Bubba stories coming, I hope.
- Perfect Crime
on July 19, 2011
Short and sweet. Reminds me of an Alfred Hitchcock-type story. Enjoyed the pace of the book.

I tried, but couldn't get into this book at all. Too many words, too few points to make. Took too long to get rolling. Needs editing overhaul. The step-by-step view of the book is just irritating to me. Never got to finish this one.
- In The Midnight Of His Heart

From the beginning of this book, I was engaged. I overlooked grammar errors, spelling errors and formatting errors because this story was compelling. Glad I stuck it out; nice twist to the tale.
- Chicken Salad Sandwich: A short story
on Oct. 27, 2011
The writing of this short story left a bit to be desired. The story was original, but not satisfying due to the juvenile writing. Could have used a strong dose of editing.
- Noir - Case of Bruce Howard
on Oct. 27, 2011
Read 4 of these Noir books, and enjoyed them. They ~almost~ had the feel of 30's noir tales, enough of a memory to make me finish reading the stories. Maybe, in my opinion, too short to develop into something really memorable.
