Book 1 left off on such a harsh note, that I knew in my heart book 2 had to change everything. And, it did... wow... I found myself laughing, crying and secretly wishing I could take a trip to Mexico myself...LOL... We learn so much about Diago in this book that I begin to understand, although still not accept, his ways in book 1. By the end of the book, I just love the man! LOL Now, for Book 3...

This is a beautiful story that I couldn't tear myself away from. I cried my eyes out...laughed out loud and was completely engaged. My heart was literally in my throat through much of the action, not sure what was going to come next. Cassie, being of nobility, was at a disadvantage throughout the whole story, yet she has a strong head and a quick tongue. I was sad about some of the characters, relieved over others and by the end, I was smiling from ear to ear. What a beautiful story and I cannot wait to see what Terryn has in store in book 2!

I had already read two of Ms. Hall's books and was anxious to read the third. I enjoyed all three stories and am happy to have them in collection format. Each story stand alone very well, but I love how they all intertwince as well. I love the twists on these childhood fairy tales and how they appeal to adults on a whole different level. Each story grabs at my heart with love almost lost, overcoming obstacles and yet they all touch those familiar memories of characters we grew up with. An excellent collection that I have read more than once. Jinni's Wish is sure to be a hit as well!

Another great Eve Rabi story. Full of drama, laughs, pain and pleasure. I laughed, I cried, I held my breath in anticipation...Really enjoyed it.
