am now in my eighties, but, happily still in reasonably good health. Much of the plot above mirrors my experiences. I was indeed a senior Manager in the Post Office business. When I retired at the compulsory age of 60, a lot of problems were growing.
In my retirement, I began doing work, mainly for charities and local organisations, Probus and the like.
I had two serious operations in 2000 and 2002, which slowed me down for a spell and my golf suffered for several years, indeed, fatally! Then came the idea of a book and that has taken some time to mature.
