Biography

A social psychologist,speaker, coach and best-selling writer, Jane Adams PhD has been researching, reporting and discussing relationships between the generations for nearly two decades. A graduate of Smith College, she is a frequent media commentator and has appeared on national television and radio programs and in documentaries for PBS and the Canadian Broadcasting Company. The parent of two adult children and grandparent of four, she lives in Seattle Washington and has an active distance postparent coaching practice.
