This well written page turner is a story of a terrible crime told from the point of view of the victim's father who also happened to be a police officer. It is an agonizing position because the father in him wants revenge, yet the law officer in him believes in the justice system. You feel the pain and the frustation of a family caught in the seemingly never ending cycle of delays. This book gives insight into a world we hope we never need to know. submitted by Rita Martinson
