SHREDDER is a fast-paced action/horror novella. The plot involves a team of mercenaries sent on a mission that's not what it appears. Their real adversary, as it turns out, is not a human army, but an inhuman killing machine. Author Garry Charles maintains a breakneck pace throughout the book. He also does an excellent job of conveying the claustrophobic feel of a team trapped in a dark building, facing a nearly unstoppable foe. A word of caution: SHREDDER is an extremely violent book, so it's not for the faint of heart (or stomach), but if that sounds like your kind of thing, I think you'll find it an enjoyable read.
