As former trading manager of a major bullion dealer, he has bought and sold millions of ounces of precious metals. He also knows the physical side of the business, having shipped precious metals by mail, armored car, and tractor trailer. He gave his name to a well-known international commodities brokerage firm, and was involved in the over-stimulated silver market of 1979-80.
As a consultant, Jerry has advised refiners, wholesale coin dealers, and several commodity exchanges and developed derivatives trading software for some of the largest international banks.
