J.G. Pajot

Born into a military family in 1955. I have lived most of my life right here in South Eastern Virginia, working in the field of manufacturing as an inspector or designer of machine tooling. My passions are sailing, gardening, growing exotic tropical plants, especially orchids, kayaking, golf, and, of course, writing. I have an A.A.S. degree in Architectural Technology, but my real desire is to someday grow up to be a professional writer whose works will actually pay the bills.
My works are often influenced by my love of nature and my distrust of putting too much faith in our own technologies. They run from anthologies of poetry and short stories to techno-sci-fi, to contemporary fantasy, and pretty much anything in between. My latest project, based on my current obsession with the ages of sail, is a series set in a world not unlike our own in a time that is a mix of the age of piracy and the Napoleanic wars.
I look forward to creating many more works in the future, as my head is full of stories yet to be told.
