Really enjoyed reading this book. I love the Pacific Northwest and enjoyed reading about it from an insider's perspective. The descriptions of the beauty there are well done, and took me back there again. I learned even more about the Haida instead of just admiring their art. The story is well done, and I liked Ren's strong voice and feeling like an insider in the world of musicians. It is one of those stories that keeps you reading when you should be getting some sleep!
