Biography

Jeanine Cheshire Long, Ph.D., is currently the Director of Career Placement and Development at Southwest Georgia Technical College, where she has also served as a college success instructor, counselor, and disabilities services coordinator.

A Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor, Long has spent most of her adulthood assisting others to reach their full potential. She was previously associated with a private psychiatric practice and formerly directed a small private psychiatric hospital. Long has been a high school and college instructor, counselor, personal coach, mentor, and is champion of empowerment.
