I downloaded Sentence Of Marriage free...once I read it I was hooked. I loved each and every character that Shayne created. In just over a week I found that I purchased and read every book in the series and at the end of A Second Chance I was left almost devistated that it had ended. There are so many things that I felt I needed answers to and am really looking forward to the next book! These books are so beautifully written - what a great talent Shayne has!

I love Shyane's writing style. She can capture all of my emotions and pull me into the lives of her charactors! I have read ALL of this series so far and can't wait until her next book comes out!

Excellent book!

This whole series so far has me captivated. I can not wait for the next one! Although I am not a fan of the explicit sex scenes I know some people are and suppose these scenes make for better reading for them. My personal opinion is that the stories you have written are beautiful and intense without all of that (I just skim over them until I get back to the story at hand). I love your writing it gives me a complete visual of the story unfolding and leaves no questions unanswered! Keep up the good work!

Thank you...Thank you...Thank you!!! I am so excited to find you have published book 2!!! I love this story and was so dissapointed with the ending of the first part. I apoligize for writing my first review with out seeing that you were already working on the second book!!! I started it this morning and will write a review on it when I have completed reading it! This story is a must read for everyone!!!

- Bloodlust - The Night Stalker Crew Series Book 1
on March 29, 2011
I couldn't make it past the first 7 pages. This book doesn't flow at all and felt like it was written haste without much thought process put inot making the story work. I got bored and put it down. Might have been a good story if it wasn't written so poorly. I wouldn't know...as I said I only got to page 7.

I would like to have read this one but there is no way I am paying 9.95 for each of the next two books...your freaking crazy to charge that for an e-book that I am just going to delete as soon as I am done...
- The Cape
on Dec. 01, 2011
I am really trying to get into this book. The way the author writes is strange to me. I see that the reviews are good but I don't know how they got through the first few pages becasue it is boring and not very well written. The word order that some of the sentences are in seem backwards and out of place. I am an avid reader sometimes reading a book a day but I just am having a hard time getting past the style in which this story is written.
- Sacred Intentions (Arrington Saga, book 3)
on Dec. 22, 2011
Excellent Series - Highly Reccomended!
- Scamp's Lady

GREAT BOOK!!!
- Finnegan's Gold
on Jan. 12, 2012
This was a good book although the author should have re-read it before publising it. There are a few mistakes with the timing of the charactors past. One example is Harriot Bentz says she was with Finnegan at a Christmas party but in fact he was with Jenny at her cabin...it was actually New Years Eve he saw Harriott at a party. This is only one example there are a couple more but all in all the book was a good read.
- The Big Story
on Feb. 06, 2012
This story was a nice story. I reccomend it.
- Chelynne
on Feb. 08, 2012
This book was beautifully written. I felt I was watching a movie only better becasue of the authors clear writing skills. Thank you so much for this wonderful story. I couldn't stop reading it and finished it in 2 days. I so much look forward to reading more from Robyn Carr. Get your tissues out you'll need them!!

- Alberta Skies

Good read. I enjoyed the charactors in the book and it was well written.
- Dandelions In The Garden
on Feb. 17, 2012
Truly a work of art! Wonderful job with this book. Once I started I couldn't make myself stop reading at times. Although I am not going into such a long review as some of the others - I did find this book facinating and very well written!
- Love's Slave
on Feb. 21, 2012
Good story but I hated the way it was written - sometimes first person and sometimes first person from another persons point of view. Quite a few times the author switched points of view with no warning - they should have maybe just wrote the whole story from a 3rd person's point of view.
- The Secret of A Spicy Jalapeno
on Feb. 23, 2012

Don't waste your money. I spent the 2.95 on this book only to delete it after trying to read only a few pages. I loved the other two books written by Charlie Courtland about the Blook Countess and was very dissapointed in this one. It is as if it was written by someone totally different.
- The Women Of Magnolia
on Feb. 23, 2012
I wish there was more at the end of this story. I couldn't put it down! Great work and I look forward to more from you!!!
- Gunny Malone
on March 07, 2012
I can't believe I have to wait to hear the end of this beautiful story. I loved every second of time I spent with this book and it's charactors. Please hurry...I need answers!!!!
- Clare: A Novel

Good story! I wish the book gave me more of a sense of completion - perhaps a sequil is in order???
- THE EMIGRANTS: The Brothers Five

Either this book is very slow or just a bad read. I wasted my money to only make it in about 10 pages. Not reccomended. I hate it when I pay for a book that sux! What a waste!!!!!!!

- Riverbreeze: Part 3
on May 08, 2012
Read the whole series! It was a good read!
- A Rose in Summer
on May 10, 2012
I laughed and cried through both of these books (the first on being "A Rose Beneath the Snow). I am actually going to read them again! I love the story and charactors so much I felt like I went through their trials and tribulations with them both phyically and mentally. It takes a special kind of author to engage myself to the point of tears and laughter while reading a book and you have such a talent for writing I was unable to put the books down. Thank you so much for sharing your talent and I am anxiously awating your next book!!!! Keep writing please!!!
- Daisy's War
on May 17, 2012
I agree with Doris, while I love this series I was left wanting more from this book. I have read the first 4 books several times in anticipation of this one coming out but was slightly dissapointed with she shortness of this particular book. Shayne Parkinson has a gift that not many authors have and that is to bring you into the story as if your living it yourself. I look forward to more of this series in hopes the people I have come to love are given more page space. I highly reccomend this whole series to everyone! Your awesome Shayne!
