I am a retired confectioner, Baker, and Pastry Chef who still likes baking and cooking. My husband recently became intolerant of flour, so I have experimented with cooking using flour alternatives. I also hate waste, so I have devised a few recipes that use the leftovers from the previous day's cooking, to make cheap and nutritious meals, some that can be frozen and stored for future use. I am 65 years of age, and I live with my husband on the Gold Coast of Australia.
