Biography
Just finished my first fiction Ebook titled A Ride it’s a very short story about two kids, two bikes and a friendship. I'm a construction cost estimator by trade. I've contributed chapters to Green Building: Project Planning & Cost Estimating, and Building & Rennovating Schools and helped editing the Means Estimating Handbook.
Other activities include Chairing the AACE Government & Public Works Special Interest Group, and the New York Interagency Engineering Council. I have taught construction Cost Estimating at Long Island University, and the City University of New York
