Jonathan Fournier

Biography

Jonathan Fournier is a Montreal-based writer, actor and sound designer. He is a recent graduate of the communication studies program at Concordia University. His first play (as a writer and director), a Christmas romantic comedy titled The Boy and the Wrapper, was produced for the 2010 Montreal Fringe Festival and was well-received by audiences. Jonathan has several other scripts (for film and theatre) in various stages of development. As a sound designer, Jonathan has done recording and editing work for his own productions, as well as for promotional material used by Tableau D’Hote theatre. Jonathan was an actor at the 2009 Montreal Fringe Festival (in Security Week on Dom Pompeo Live, directed by Chip Chuipka).

Their personalities clash, but Andrew takes a liking to Anita and returns to the mall again and again and again. As December goes on, the two develop an odd relationship, but a happy ending seems out of reach... until Christmas Eve.
