very good ebook i was using another company's training tool and kept going forward a stage then back a stage. with this and the author emails helped me get my 5 cats back on track. want to thank the author due to i didnt expect someone to reply to my questions and on top of that follow up to see how i was doing. i have 2 toilets going a mock and a real one giving the cats choices because some didnt want to give the toilet up. the guide is very helpful. dont buy any kits buy this instead! thanks Drew Spangler
