Irony and strong characters. That's what this story contains, and it's very well-written for both facets. The characterization drew me in and the irony held me there.

Fast-paced and interesting. The characters are realistic, even the more unbelievable ones. There's a lot of intrigue, too, and I always wondered what would happen next. I could even observe the attention to detail Rodney placed into his debut novel. There was not a single dull moment, and I'm excited for the second installment.

"Worse" is justice at its best, dished out hard and fast by the supernatural! And a good reminder to be nice, if only to avoid the rotten fruits of a your labor.
