  • The Sacrifice: The First Book of The Fey on Nov. 05, 2011
    (no rating)
Very readable, well written. Maybe not my favorite subjects, (gore, military, religion, royalty) but the magic, characters, twisting plot, dynamic writing kept me coming back.
  • Harley and the Alien on Nov. 05, 2011

Neat little story, nicely written, loved the ending.
  • The Changeling: The Second Book of The Fey on Nov. 05, 2011

Nicely done, twisty plots, changing power dynamics, thoroughly enjoyed.
  • The Resistance: The Fourth Book of The Fey on Feb. 20, 2012

As usual for Kristine, a book to get totally immersed in. Grabs the imaginations and doesn't let go.
  • The Black Queen: The Sixth Book of The Fey on Sep. 01, 2012

Wow, this author certainly knows how to keep a reader hanging out waiting for the next book! Very good, obsessive read. Few typos but not enough to stop me reading.
  • The Black King: The Seventh Book of The Fey on Feb. 16, 2013

Fabulous to the end, I've enjoyed this whole series, thanks Kristine!
  • Mouse About the House: A Short Story on May 23, 2015

This is a story about when humans are genetically engineered and it's a time when it's just socially not acceptable to kill creatures. One such engineered person is a mix which includes alligator, and she helps people with mouse and bat infestations so her services are in demand. Of course she has a good go at destroying the place at the same time! I'd say it's a good read for bright kids or adventurous adults. It's a fun read and a highly recommended nice short quick read.
