Biography

Julie Sellers is a Human Resources Professional, a single mother of two and closet writer. Her essays have been featured in NPR's This I Believe: On Love, the Letter's From the Heart Project's "Dear Daughter" anthology, as well as several regional parenting magazines.

Her non-fiction book, Immediate Family: The Adoption Option chronicals her two Russian adoptions and shares tips from parents about navigating the adoption journey.

She lives in Indiana with her daughter, son, two dachshunds, a labrador and a turtle.
