Alex grew up thinking he was normal but as he grows older odd things start happening and he's about to find out "normal" is not a word most people would use to describe him. This is a bad summary of a book really enjoyed. There's a book set in the same universe "a witch to live" by this same author and as a pair they are really worth picking up if you like your fantasy with a slight tinge of horror.
