Kesia Alexandra is a 24 year old graduate of Boston University. She recently published a young adult novel titled "Freshman Year: Bullies Beware!" which deals with one young girls experience of racism and bullying in an elite private school in Washington DC not dissimilar to the one the author attended, Sidwell Friends School (notable attendees/graduates include Ann Brashares, author of the "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" series, Baratunde Thruston, author of "How to Be Black", Chelsea Clinton and of course the Obama girls).
