I really enjoyed this short story by Nely Cab. It was beautifully written and you felt very connected to the characters. I didn't "figure out" the twist until right before the reveal so I always view this as a very good thing in a book. Definitely worth reading.

Author Melisa L. Webb certainly has the writing chops for the truly dark and horrific. Her collection of stories encompassed a wide range of scary ideas. Each story was both entertaining and twisted. Some were the type of story to make you fear going to sleep or entering into a dark room while others were more so the psychological thriller that your own mind takes to a level of terror. Kudos to Ms. Webb on an amazing compilation of truly terrifying stories.
