Biography

Mo Khalpey is an Author, life coach, hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and teacher specialising in coaching self-empowerment, defining and focusing on goals, creating your life plan, developing confidence and self-expression in achieving your goals and dreams. Mo also specialises in the area of mind coaching for sports performance and performance arts. Mo does not use hypnosis in his coaching but rather teaches techniques to overcome stress, and meditation to achieve goals faster, proving that when you train your mind first, your body and everything else follows. Mo’s interest in meditation started more than 15 years ago through his fascination with the human mind. This fascination led him to study hypnosis and hypnotherapy to better understand how the subconscious mind works and why people struggle so much at living the life of their dreams. This scientific approach has been the foundation in the development of Mo’s meditation teachings which is based on a self-hypnotic form of creating the habit of achieving goals, confidence, self-expression and fulfilling dreams deep into the subconscious mind. These coaching techniques combine the power of visualisation with the art of language to better understand when self-sabotage and subconscious resistance is taking place, stopping one from achieving their goals.
